We’re looking for someone with great organisational skills and a ‘can do’ attitude to join its small and passionate team. You’ll be working closely with our team of producers, creatives, strategists and designers, and a wider network of creative freelancers and volunteers, on projects that work with popular culture to influence how people think, feel and act.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Producers, supporting them on everything from research, project management and logistics to relationship building and production. As you get into your groove, you’ll also have the opportunity to take a lead on your own smaller projects.

  • Research: Researching locations, campaigns, issues, audiences and news. Producing summaries that pick out the most important bits, and making smart suggestions
  • Logistics: Booking travel, deliveries, venues, sourcing equipment and suppliers
  • Admin: Managing calendars, setting up and administering meetings and workshops, taking and circulating notes
  • Relationship building and management: first point of contact with community organisations and project participants, dealing with questions and requests, building trust and connections
  • Creativity: Taking part in creative sessions, sharing ideas, producing presentation slides
  • Communication and community: Support with online and offline events, suggesting, drafting and posting content in line with the comms strategy

  • A confident and efficient communicator in both writing and speech
  • A great people person, with strong relationship building skills
  • Proactive with a keen eye for spotting opportunities
  • Self-motivated and keen to use your initiative to get the job done
  • Passionate about the issues we work on, including fostering stronger communities and tackling the nature and climate crisis

If wouldn’t hurt if you had some of this too:
