Instead of criticising what’s going wrong, we wanted to imagine a world where these problems had been elegantly solved. Many of us are from creative backgrounds and we wondered if we could use our existing skills to show a glimpse of something else, something better.

Since that first meeting we’ve grown into a creative collective of more than 1600 members, working with charities and progressive organisations and running independent campaigns like C.A.T.S (more coming soon).

We often get asked to define our ‘mission’. We’re motivated by things like climate change and the empty promise of consumerism, but that’s falling into the trap of talking about what we’re against, not what we’re for.

We believe in the beauty and wisdom of nature, and the power of compassion as an organising principle for humanity. And cats.

Our collective is open to anyone regardless of background, skill level, or nationality. We run regular meetups in London and recently started our first chapter in New York. If you’d like to come along, or to run a Glimpse chapter in your own town or city, please drop us a line.
